The Draconis Academy is the educational and training institution at the heart of Draconis STARFLEET. Through its six specialist Colleges, members pursue knowledge, develop skills and earn achievements across a diverse range of Academy disciplines.
The Academy is a structured, fan-created learning experience inspired by the extraordinary breadth of subjects explored throughout Star Trek — from the sciences and engineering to medicine, communications, leadership and the study of ancient civilisations.
Participation is intended for members of Draconis STARFLEET. Learning here is undertaken for enjoyment and personal development. No previous expert knowledge of Star Trek is required — only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Each course concludes with an assessment to confirm your understanding. Assessments are designed to be fair and achievable.
Earn Qualifications
Successful completion earns you a recognised Draconis Academy qualification, recorded as part of your Academy history.
